The Behind the Badge Initiative is a non-profit devoted to celebrating, honoring, and supporting the law enforcement community in a broad and significant way. The LEO community includes leadership, the officer, and the officer's family. This one-day conference will have speakers and facilitators who are experts in their field and have had experiences much like your own. The topics will range from the challenges and rewards of being "married to the badge", the LEO family dynamics, leading in this volatile and complex environment, and staying mentally and physically healthy. And, yes, there will be food, fun, and great conversations! Oh, and you can receive training credits for attending too!

There will be a continental breakfast and catered lunch provided on the day of the event.
