As a seasoned Senior Human Resources Consultant for the City of Charlottesville, Virginia, Flora Kelly-Bertsche has served various personnel needs of the municipality in the areas of recruitment, testing, training, and employee relations.  Her background includes teaching at the college and secondary levels, as well as employment as a vocational evaluator, counselor, and administrator.  She has facilitated workshops on a variety of employment and personal development topics for area community and civic groups, as well as for all levels of employees in the local government.  Ms. Kelly-Bertsche holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Virginia and a Master’s degree from The University of Michigan.
