The Behind the Badge Initiative seeks to come alongside the leadership, the officers, and their families to serve, celebrate, and support the whole law enforcement officer community. 

Law enforcement has been under well-documented scrutiny from inside and outside of the organization. In a climate in which public sentiment on policing is increasingly polarized and volatile, protecting the personal health and welfare of our officers is essential. We know that in all professions, work impacts home life and home life impacts work, however, this dynamic is heightened for our police officers and their families.

The Behind the Badge Initiative combines leadership coaching, workshops, group and individual activities to effectively support officers and their families.Through these engagement strategies the leaders, officers, and their families are able to implement practical steps in order to achieve sustainable change.
